REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Once you receive your package, you have 14 days to decide whether it’s right for you.
If for any reason you want a refund or exchange, as long as the items are returned to us in good conditions, we offer a hassle-free full refund.
Hygiene and our customers’ safety is priority, underwear that have been worn, cannot be returned.
Outlet items are not available for refunds but size exchange is available.
Request a refund: Please email customercare@tanicomfort.com with your order number and a list of the items you would like to return or exchange for and instructions will follow.
