RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

14 Days Return Policy

Your interest is protected by our return policy.  Any item(s) purchased from TANI.COM.HK can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of delivery (based on the delivery record).

Please email us at customercare@tanicomfort.com , let us know why you wish to return the item(s), and we will advise the collection method and a Return Merchandise Reference Number (RMN).  Please include a copy of the email with the RMN in the package of the returned item(s).

If you wish to exchange an item because the fit isn’t right, please advise the preferred replacement size in your email to us.  All exchanges are based on stock availability.  Shipping is free on the replacement item, but if you are based outside of Hong Kong, you may need to pay taxes and duties on this.

If you’d like to request a refund, please advise how you wish to be credited.  This needs to match the original payment method used.  Store credit is valid for one year from issue date.

 

Items should be returned new, unused, and with original packaging and hangtags.  Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

 Please note that our 14 days return policy does not apply to the following items:

  • any item that has been delivered for more than 14 days
  • free gift products or samples
  • any TANI product that has not been purchased on TANI.COM.HK
  • any discount, clearance or sale items that has been clearly stated “non-refundable” on TANI.COM.HK

In the event of dispute, the decision of TANI.COM.HK shall be final and conclusive.

Briefs, Boxers and Panties

Underwear bottoms should be tried on over your personal underwear, without removing the original hangtags.  Returns may not be accepted if the hangtags have been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.

Defectives

Goods are classified as defectives if they are received damaged.  Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be defectives.

Where possible, we will offer to replace the defective with a new item of the same style, colour and size, subject to stock availability.  You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be replaced.

Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products on TANI.COM.HK.  However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate and reflective of the final product delivered.

Undeliverable Orders

Occasionally orders are returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to pay tax, inability to make import declarations, or the parcel was refused by recipient. 

When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we will issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee and 10% of the value of the product sold as handling charge.

We can re-ship orders that are returned to us, but you will be charged the normal shipping fee, where applicable, once again.
