All Your Questions, Answered
1. Why we made Eco Color?
We created the Eco Color collection for pieces you’ll love at home and on your travels. They’re non-clingy, buttery soft, and effortlessly comfortable. Dope-dyed fibers keep colors vibrant while using less water and energy—making them gentler on the planet than conventional dyeing methods.
2. What is dope-dyed?
Dope dyeing is a coloring process where the pigment is added directly to the fiber before it’s spun into yarn. This locks in color so it lasts longer, resists fading, and uses far less water and energy than traditional dyeing methods—making it both durable and eco-friendly.
3. Are Tani products authentic?
Yes — all Tani products come with our official tags and labels. Most are made with TENCEL™, so you’ll also see their co-branded hang tag — something only trusted brand partners can use. And just to be clear: we’re now the sole distributor of TANI USA, with no third parties involved. You’re getting the real deal, straight from us.
4. Can I return or exchange it?
Yes, absolutely. Returns and exchanges are free within 30 days of delivery — no stress, no hassle.
5. Care instructions?
Made with delicate, ultra-soft fibres:
  • Machine wash cold, gentle cycle
  • Turn inside out and use a mesh laundry bag
  • Avoid washing or tumble drying with rough items (like jeans)
  • Air dry for best results, or tumble dry low with care
