1. What makes Silktouch so soft?
We use Micro Modal Air — the finest fiber TENCEL™ makes. Combined with an extra high yarn count and their newest zero carbon tech, it creates that smooth, barely-there feel you’ll love. It’s a rare fabric, and as far as we know, almost no one else uses it for underwear. Just like not all 100% cotton feels the same, you’ll feel the difference the moment you touch ours.
2. Is it breathable for all-day wear?
Yes! That’s one of the best things about this fabric — it’s super breathable and helps wick away moisture, so you stay cool and dry all day. Whether you're lounging, running errands, or layering up, it keeps you comfy without feeling stuffy.
3. Will it irritate sensitive skin?
Not at all. The fabric is super smooth and naturally hypoallergenic — no itchiness, no irritation. It’s actually one of the reasons people with sensitive skin keep coming back to it.
4. Is Silktouch sustainable?
Yes — and that’s actually why we chose TENCEL™. Not all modal is made the same. Some use cheaper, less sustainable methods. Ours comes from Lenzing, a leader in eco-friendly production. They recycle water, reduce waste, and even make the fibers carbon-zero. It costs more, but we think it’s worth it.
5. Is Silktouch the same as Silkcut?
Yes. They’re the same collection. “Silkcut” was the name used in the US market, and we’ve now unified everything under Silktouch.

6. Are Tani products authentic?
Yes — all Tani products come with our official hang tags and labels. Since most of our items are made with TENCEL™, you’ll also see TENCEL’s own hang tag attached. Only brands that work closely with TENCEL can get those. And just to note: we are now the sole distributor of TANI USA, with no third-party involved — so you're getting the real deal, direct from us.
7. Can I return or exchange it?
Yes, absolutely. Returns and exchanges are free within 30 days of delivery — no stress, no hassle.
8. Where are your products made?
Most of our pieces are made in China and Japan, in factories we’ve built close relationships with. They’re BSCI-certified, so fair and ethical working conditions are a priority. We also use Oeko-Tex® certified fabrics — meaning they're safe on your skin and better for the planet too.
9. Care instructions?
Made with delicate, ultra-soft fibres:
- Machine wash cold, gentle cycle
- Turn inside out and use a mesh laundry bag
- Avoid washing or tumble drying with rough items (like jeans)
- Air dry for best results, or tumble dry low with care
