Returns & Exchanges

You have a 14-day window to return or exchange items from the date you receive your package. Items must be returned in original condition for a full refund. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn underwear.

  • How do I initiate a return or exchange? Email customercare@tanicomfort.com with your order number and the the lsit of items you want to return or exchange.

  • How long does it take to refund? We will process the refund immediately but It can take up to 2 weeks for your bank or credit card company to complete it.

  • What if I receive a defective or incorrect item? Notify us immediately at customercare@tanicomfort.com with your order details, and a photo of the issue.

  • Can I cancel my order? Orders can be modified or canceled before pick and pack. A charge of 2-3% admin fee to cover our costs of processing the refund.
