We ship world-wide partnering with DHL ecommerce, Aramax, SF Express, local post for standard deliveries. For express deliveries we use DHL, Fedex and UPS.
Is free shipping available and how long will it take?
Yes but due to different measures in places around the world, delivery times may be affected. We ask for patience during these extraordinary times.
Returns & Exchanges
Once you receive your package, you have 14 days to decide whether it’s right for you. If for any reason you want a refund or exchange, as long as the items are returned to us in good conditions, we offer a hassle-free full refund.
Hygiene and our customers’ safety is priority, underwear that have been worn, cannot be returned.
Outlet items are not available for refunds but size exchange is available.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a list of the items you would like to return or exchange.
How long does it take for me to be refunded?
Once we receive the returned items, we will process the refund. It may take up to 2 weeks for your bank to settle the funds.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect items in my order?
If your order arrives containing a damaged or incorrect item, please email our support team at email@example.com with your order details, packing slip and a photo of the issue – we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Can I cancel my order?
If the order has not been prepared, we will only charge the admin fee (2-5%) that the credit card companies and paypal charges us when you place the order.
We accept major credit cards through Shopify Payments, Paypal and Alipay. All transactions are guaranteed to be secure. Alternative payment methods such as bank transfers are accepted at request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
