Returns & Exchanges
We invite you to help us minimize returns and excessive shipping. By selecting the right size, you not only save time on returns but also join us in reducing our environmental footprint.
Upon receiving your order, you have 30 days to initiate a return or exchange with us. Items must be returned in their original condition with all labels intact for a full refund. Please note, for hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns of worn underwear.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Order cancellations may include a 2–3% fee — this covers non‑refunded transaction charges from PayPal and credit card processors. We don’t keep this—these are standard processing costs.
