2. Can I return or exchange it?

Yes, absolutely. Returns and exchanges are free within 30 days of delivery — no stress, no hassle.

3. Care instructions?

Made with delicate, ultra-soft fibres:

Machine wash cold, gentle cycle
Turn inside out and use a mesh laundry bag
Avoid washing or tumble drying with rough items (like jeans)
Air dry for best results, or tumble dry low with care

GREEN 系列的主要材料是 Tencel® 萊賽爾纖維。該纖維是由著名的奧地利蘭精公司在閉環生產過程中從桉樹樹皮中產生的，該公司以保護工作而聞名。

Yes — all Tani products come with our official hang tags and labels. Since most of our items are made with TENCEL™, you’ll also see TENCEL’s own hang tag attached. Only brands that work closely with TENCEL can get those. And just to note: we are now the sole distributor of TANI USA, with no third-party involved — so you're getting the real deal, direct from us.

3. Where are your products made?

Most of our pieces are made in China and Japan, in factories we’ve built close relationships with. They’re BSCI-certified, so fair and ethical working conditions are a priority. We also use Oeko-Tex® certified fabrics — meaning they're safe on your skin and better for the planet too.

SUPERB product!

Far the most comfortable underwear I have ever worn. The Silktouch Tencel fabric is incredibly soft yet with enough stretch to never bind. The waistband itself doesn't roll under any circumstances. Well done!

The boxer shorts I bought are really good quality. Well finished, made of a nice fabric and pleasant to the touch. Above all, they are very comfortable to wear. I am very satisfied with this item and will buy more Tani garments in the future.
